Please ensure accurate address details for a smooth experience. We are not responsible for any packages stolen or lost during transit. Any claims of this nature must be made by the customer to the mail package courier.

Due to our small team size and limited logistical capabilities, Muhann does not offer refunds except in the situation where it is our fault (i.e. faulty product, wrong size). Exchanges are offered within 14 days with the customer being responsible for shipping charges.
